Chief Operating Officer
Our client, a non-profit organization servicing approximately 5,000 youth and family member annually, is looking for a seasoned executive for Chief Operating Officer.
The role will support the continued growth, service excellence and financial strength of the organization and report directly to the CEO. Will supervise all aspects of programming to ensure that services are provided in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Will lead implementation of new programs and services and be responsible for the accreditation of the organization. The goal of the organization is to expand, and the COO will work with the CEO and CFO to accomplish this. Will be responsible for policy development and strategic planning for the organization. Will also be responsible for signing off on clinicial documents.
Requirements
MUST have LICSW or LMHC
MUST have at least 5 years of experience in a senior level role within a human service organization servicing children/families
MUST be a change agent and high energy
Program start-up experience is essential
Must have had previous experience dealing with complex employee relations issues
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with a wide range of individuals is required
