Reporting to the President, this position is responsible for the management of all day-to-day operating functions at the Company's Wilmington, Massachusetts headquarters which includes Engineering/R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Inside Sales/Marketing and Technical Sales and Service Support.

The initial duties of this position will entail the introduction of appropriate management processes and controls to ensure that managers and employees are accountable to and working towards both departmental and company objectives.

• A demonstrated record of accomplishment in operational and/or engineering management positions within manufacturing companies
  
• Successful P&L responsibilities for a medium size company or an independent business unit within a larger organization involved with both domestic and international sales
  
• Must have in depth electronic manufacturing and assembly expertise
  
• Experience overseeing R&D and on going electronic and mechanical engineering functions which consistently develop and support new and existing product lines
  
• Strong Quality Assurance background to include implementing Six Sigma Quality programs and involvement in ISO certifications as well as SIL and ATEX international standards
  
• A BSEE or equivalent is required, an MSEE or MBA is preferred
  
• Experience working with products/technology involved in the measurement or control of liquids, or that incorporate flow control monitoring features is desirable
  
• Direct experience in the petroleum, chemical storage or transport industry is a definite plus
