The Chief Operations Officer will be directly responsible for the daily operations of a multi-state wholesale and retail mortgage company. This position will assist the President and Executive Vice President in all areas of strategic planning. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures as well as the ongoing compliance of internal controls. Individual must have proven leadership and management experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a mortgage banking operation. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university and experience with systems and trends within the mortgage banking industry.
