The responsibilities of this position include:

• All-source analytical and technical assessments of adversary cyber capabilities, their intent and strategic threat implications
• Development of Warning and WATCHCON change reports
• Development of  JIPOE products
• CNO/CND/CNA intelligence planning and strategy.

The individual selected to fill this position in addition the below listed requrements must be an expert in China.
1) Comprehensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community, its primary members, the intelligence process, evaluation and analysis of intelligence data.
2) Demonstrated Intelligence Analysis and Cyber Experience; Development of cyber-intelligence/cyber-operations tactics, techniques, and procedures
3) Support to regional and global I&W, SA, and Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPE) time sensitive planning
4) Ability to analyze, integrate and fuse disparate information;
5) Support planned exercises and/or crises 24x7
6) Five years or more intelligence analysis experience or defense contractor equivalent. JIOWC, Regional Combatant Command, intelligence or national agency analyst support.
7) In-region cultural insights.
8) Excellent written/oral communications and teamwork skills.
9) US Citizenship
10) Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, plus 5-8 years related experience

RESUME MUST INCLUDE: Availability date, military retirement/separation date (if applicable); current Top Secret clearance date; linguist capability scores (if applying for linguist position).

U.S. Strategic Command civilian/military/contractor experience at Headquarters
DoD/Intelligence Community intelligence analyst agency experience supporting USSTRATCOM:
Joint operations experience
Proficient in Chinese reading a plus but must be an expert on China.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Analyst Notebook.
Local candidates preferred; no relocation funds available.
