Specifically we are seeking Part Time Customer Service Coordinators in our Hartsdale, NY location:

§         Acknowledges customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner; promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and customer requests for support

§         Monitors customer transactions; ensures efficient processing time for checkout; responds to cashier requests; performs voids and price adjustments

§         Processes customer transactions through the register including tax exempt, associate discount, returns and exchanges; ensures all items intended for purchase are identified and properly scanned or entered into the register

§         Collects and processes accepted forms of payment from customer and enters into register system; processes customer change and receipts as required

§         Packages customer purchases for removal from the store including wrapping, bagging, and adhering paid stickers

§         Answers incoming phone calls to the service desk area; responds to or redirects inquiries; ensures follow through on redirected phone calls; uses public address system, or other approved communication methods to request and/or provide assistance

§         Directs and coordinates lane assignments and front-end associate break and meal periods

§         Conducts register audits, cash pickups, and check/credit verifications

§         Coordinates and performs front end housekeeping duties, including replenishment of supplies, sweeping, trash removal, cleaning register stations, and cart retrieval

§         Organizes and straightens merchandise areas on the sales floor; replenishes shelf stock from overhead valences and display shelves

§         Returns misplaced product, customer returns, and other product gathered in the front-end to the correct location in the store

§         Performs additional duties as required including, but not limited to, cart retrieval, price changes, stocking, break room and restroom housekeeping, and freight processing

§         Counts and balances store safe and register tills

§         Researches register and safe variances and credit card transactions

§         Prepares daily deposit and reports

§         Places coin and currency orders
