The successful candidate will bring a depth of experience to produce full design specifications, including system requirements, device configurations, network diagrams and feature sets. This position is responsible for all aspects of the Cisco solution, including engineering, configuration, installation, support, maintenance and security, supporting applications and network hardware; especially Cisco Voice solutions.

This position requires hands-on expertise installing and troubleshooting Cisco infrastructure.  This position also requires occasional day/overnight travel among our Midwest Offices. 

Requirements:

• Extensive background in LAN/WAN, routing and switching
  
• Cisco Voice implementation and design experience
  
• Meticulous attention to Customer Service

Certifications:

·         CCNP or higher certification

·         Cisco IPC Specialist preferred, but not required
