Civil Affairs Instructor

ITA International is currently seeking Civil Affairs Analysts to serve as instructors for the Civil Affairs Training Team (MCATT).  The MCATT team was developed to support the Navy’s Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command (MCAST) at Little Creek Amphibious Base, Norfolk, VA.  The MCAST conducts multiple civil affairs courses to qualify personnel. Required qualifications include prior civil affairs experience in recent military operations and experience in formal military instruction.


 


Instructor should have 04-05 experience. 


 


The preferred candidate may have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or four or more years experience in relevant Civil Affairs Operations.  Must be comfortable in a demanding team environment, have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a high degree of demonstrated professionalism.   Candidate must be able to interact daily with all levels of military and interagency partners.   Travel, to include overseas, may be required.  Secret clearance is required.
