AECOM Transportation is looking to hire a talented Civil Engineer – Looking for a Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the transportation/transit industry. The ideal candidate would be familiar with alignment development and design, and proficient in site drainage of transportation facilities, permitting and knowledge of local regulations in MD and VA, overall understanding of geotechnical issues and their implications on design of roadway and at grade bus and auto parking facilities. Experience with preliminary and final design details, the development of construction drawings and specifications for major projects, as well as hands on experience with major traditional and design-build projects are a MUST. The individual will be located in our Arlington, VA office. Some local travel may be required depending of project assignments.
