• Provide certified professional civil engineering services for our client's activities including military Centers throughout the island.
• Serve as principal coordinator for all construction projects in assigned area of responsibility from initial development of documentation throughout planning, design, and construction.
• Review construction drawings and specifications for technical and functional adequacy with emphasis on civil, architectural, structural design, and coordinates electrical and mechanical reviews by others to have a project in compliance with military standards.

• Provide the preparation of Independent Government Estimates (IGE), drawings and technical specifications.
• This review requires professional engineering knowledge and consideration of civil design, utility layout, and future maintenance requirements, using as appropriate, engineering guides and manuals, formulae, standards, etc.
• 5-7 years of experience
• 4 year degree
