Bring your claims adjusting experience to the Casualty Adjuster position available in our Fife Office. We seek an experienced adjuster to investigate, negotiate, and or resolve claims of moderate complexity applying statue, case law and policy. Use your talent and experience to provide the world class customer experience our customers have come to expect from us.

• Provide World Class Customer Service to internal and external customers at every touch point
• Handle claims of moderate complexity applying statute, case law and policy
• Frequently correspond, interview, or interact with policyholders, agents, claimants, witnesses, attorneys, medical specialists, agents, contractors, repair technicians, and/or other vendors as appropriate
• Property and Casualty
• May conduct physical inspections of damaged property or accident scenes, direct vendors in such activity and make payments within authority limits or recommendations accordingly
• Special Investigations Unit (SIU)
• Present SIU technical and educational assistance to staff across all departments
•  May network with other SIUs and fraud fighting public and private organizations

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in claims adjusting roles preferred
• Technical skills commensurate with appropriate discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• B.A./B.S. preferred or equivalent work history
• Certifications in CPCU, AIC, Arson/Fraud or other claim specific designations preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Job Conditions:

• Job requires standing and sitting for extended periods of time primarily at a computer work station,
• The ability to lift 25 lbs., and occasional travel
• Property Adjusters work under adverse weather conditions.
