Trident Insurance has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Claims Adjuster in our San Antonio, TX location.

This position will be responsible for verifying coverage and adjusting first and third party property and casualty claims for the Public Entity program. 

The primary responsibilities are:

• 
  
  Direct handling of small to medium size first and third party claims for property damage


• 
  
  Timely insured and claimant communication


• 
  
  Ability to supervise field adjusters and appraisers


• 
  
  File documentation


• 
  
  Claim entry and claim transaction


• 
  
  Agent communication


• 
  
  Other duties as assigned


• 
  
  Some travel may be required

The experience requirements are:

• 
  
  Texas 02 Adjusting license or equivalent


• 
  
  3-5 years experience handling third party liability or first party property claims or other commensurate experience 


• 
  
  Basic computer and business correspondence skills
