Job Summary:
Under moderate supervision, handles Auto Liability claims of low to moderate exposure and complexity within specific limits and authority. Generally handles all standard commercial auto claims, including moderate bodily injury and physical damage claims. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, arranges property damage appraisals and settles claims.

Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

4 or more years Auto Liability claims experience in recent or/ current role with a minimum of 2 years General Liability claims experience.

Commercial insurance claims experience

Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and the insurance legal and regulatory environment

Possesses a functional and developing knowledge of the legal statutes and procedures

Displays a thorough functional knowledge and skill of claims handling specific to auto liability

Organizational, written/communication skills

Must be able to function in a team environment and multi-task

Experience working in Microsoft Office and an email system

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently licensed in multiple states
