Managers, Senior Consultants or Consultants in P&C claims with a passion for planning and delivering transformational change with leading clients in the property and casualty sector. Must be adept at providing strategic insight to plan functional roadmaps and improvement plans and at delivering programs against those plans. Deep knowledge of the claims function with a strong quantitative and analytic focus. Strategic knowledge of claims technologies, service providers and outsourcing vendors. Collaborative but focused on success.

Education Required
Six sigma black belt with finance or other quantitative undergrad or quantitative MBA

Job Requirements
Must Haves
1) Six sigma black belt with finance or other quantitative undergrad or quantitative MBA
2) Played a role on one or more claims projects (see 1 below)
3) Additional previous strategy and/or operations and/or finance consulting experience with McKinsey, A.T. Kearney, Booz Allen, Accenture, PWC, Deloitte in P&C or Health. Consulting experience from a carrier considered as well.
4) Strategic thinker
5) Current knowledge of the P&C claims business and technology
6) Demonstrated detailed knowledge of claims function strategy, processes and economics
7) Understanding of the impact of various technologies on the claims function
8) Strong communications skills and customer presence
9) Leader or team member on an activity based costing, six sigma or benchmarking project

Nice to haves (also level-based)
1) 1 - 5+ P&C claims strategy or claims operations projects
2) Line adjusting experience or experience working in a claims operation in a staff or consulting role
3) Knowledge of claims analytics
4) Other strategy or operations experience in Commercial or personal lines P&C insurance in underwriting, reinsurance, actuarial or finance
5) Client/industry references
6) Project Management certification or experience
7) Firm building or practice building experience
8) Industry qualifications such CPCU/ARM etc or a current or former licensed adjuster
