Description:
Chartis has an opportunity for a Claims Counsel in its Claims Counsel office.
As a Claims Counsel for the Litigation Management department, you will be responsible for the following:
-Manage the Management Program and legal expense control policies.
-Oversee all coverage determinations made in the field offices and the issuance of coverage letters.
-Provide advice to the field technician on various issues, including litigation and trial strategy, loss transfer and alternative dispute resolution.
-Will be responsible for the Alpharetta Divisional and Complex offices and the Atlanta Truck office.
