Job Summary:
This position has clear and distinct accountability for business results. Will manage a team of liability Major Case Unit (MCU) Technicians. Reviews the management and investigation of complex liability claims.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

8 or more years of commercial liability claims experience with 5 or more years of management experience in a claims environment. Strong PC skills and ability to work in a paperless claims environment.
