JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insurance company is currently seeking a Group Health / Disability Claims Manager.  This candidate will supervise a staff of adjusters in Suburban Chicago.  There will be 15-20% overnight travel to visit clients' offices.  Duties will include policy interpretation; ensure TPAs are paying in accordance with policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years Health Claims Experience
• Prior Supervisory & hiring of employees Experience Required
• Knowledge of Various Claims Software
• Computer literate; Word and Excel
