Job Description

A Non-Profit healthcare clinic is in need of a Claims Manager/Supervisor. The claims manager/supervisor must have experience with management in a healthcare setting for over 5 years. The claims supervisor will also be required to manage the timely payment of claims and follow up on all employees under their direct supervision to make sure they are meeting the deadlines as set by the company guidelines. Must have experience in a healthcare setting, with claims experience in a healthcare setting dealing with all insurances HMO, PPO, Medicare and Medi-Cal.The position will also require the supervisor to pay strict attention to compliance issues.
