Great American's Trucking Divison offers a nationwide program that specializes in insuring the unique exposure of the For Hire Trucker. This progressive program focuses on the owner operator and small fleet markets.

Work Hours are Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Purpose of Job

To provide processing support to the Claim Department, including the preparation and entry of claim transactions into the claims systems.

• Perform mail functions, utilizes the claims systems to identify the appropriate recipient of correspondence within or outside the company.
• Prepares and maintans records and binders.
• Provide customer service information to third party vendor weekly
• Order Reports.
• Customer Service including taking new losses over the phone.
• Enter new claims into the claims system
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Candidate must have at least 1 year prior claims processing experience

Strong computer knowledge including MS Word, Outlook and

Excel.

Spanish speaking skills a plus.
