Staffing consultants do a variety of tasks from interviewing candidates to attending job fairs and resolving payroll issues. The main responsibilities include:

. Recruiting skill sets from manufacturing to executive administration
. Interviewing and placing candidates with the right job opportunities
. Coaching and counseling

Job requirements:
. 1 year recruiting experience in the staffing industry
. Bilingual in Spanish
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Working knowledge of MS office programs
. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
