Claims Management Resources (CMR) bills and recovers damage claims for telecommunications, cable, internet and energy companies; and have just be awarded our first government contract. We are currently recruiting for three Claims Recovery Specialists.  On-going training to develop negotiation skills and insurance liability knowledge is provided.  CMR Claims Recovery Specialists will be able to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance Adjuster licensure—all company paid. 

Job Functions

•  Investigating claims issues and providing information to damagers and utility company field technicians.
• Negotiating settlements with damagers and insurance companies via telephone 
• Reviews claim information and requests/researches additional reference material to complete the claim record.
• Determines damager liability by obtaining and reviewing evidence which includes, but is not limited to,  physical location information, photographs, reports, locate tickets, permit records, internet research and contact with damagers.
• Dispute resolution and response to damager objections. 
• Internet Research

Qualifications  

• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people and organizations via telephone approximately 3 – 4 hours a day.    
• Strong work history
• Personal initiative and motivation to succeed
• Commitment to ethical, professional conduct
• Knowledge of internet research
• Excellent attendance record
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
