Job Summary:
Responsible for the review, analysis and processing of new and transfer files that are complex and large loss of General Liability Construction and Global Energy claims within assigned authority limits and consistent with policy, with legal requirements and handling according to Best Practice.

These claims are high exposure and often entail litigation and contractual interpretation of defense and indemnity obligations for additional insureds and contractual obligations.

Jurisdictions handled TX, LA, OK, NM, AR, some nation wide claims

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Or Equivalent preferred
