Responsibilities
· Serve as corporate point of contact for all claims and liaise with assigned adjusters and attorneys for property and casualty claims.
· Receive, review, and verify incoming incident reports.
· Maintenance, analysis and trending of data related to losses and claims.
· Implementation of policies and practices to ensure proper claims handling.
· Prepare claim cost analysis. Monitor claims for repeat claimants.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3 – 5 years prior claims experience in w/c and g/l.
· Strong presentation and communication skills.
· Additional insurance certifications a plus.
