Current Need

The Managed Services Organization of McKesson Technology Services is currently recruiting for a Thin Technology / Citrix Infrastructure Engineer. Interested candidates must possess superior communications skills and a professional demeanor, as internal and external customer interaction is required. The function will be responsible for developing, designing and installing solid, repeatable, scalable and robust solution into the Healthcare Industry.

Position Description

Responsible for providing knowledge-based, content or technical expertise for the development and implementation of customer applications or solutions dealing with complex software applications. May make presentations on all aspects of products. Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Implements detailed customer installation plans. May provide follow-up support in disseminating knowledge-based, content or technical information on specific applications or solutions.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

* Design, Implementation, Support of Enterprise Class Thin Infrastructure solutions for mission critical applications and services, including WAN access and Remote Connectivity.

* Certified CCIA strongly preferred, but candidates with strong Citrix background and experience in designing, installing, and assessing Enterprise Class Citrix Infrastructures will be considered.

* Experience with multiple security protocols and vendors preferred. Design, Implementation, Support of Secure Remote Access solutions a strong plus.

* Experience within a healthcare environment is preferred.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of Citrix administration or engineering experience
