Key Accountabilities (Job Responsibilities):
* Ensure revenue is recognized accurately.
* Prepare monthly invoices including review of contractual terms. Prepare adjustments to revenue, ensuring customers are accurately billed.
* Provide monthly revenue and deferred revenue data to assist in forecasting quarterly revenue.
* Perform account analysis and reconciliation, and support month end close
* Maintain corporate reporting schedules
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Accounting Preferred)
* 1 to 3 years related experience in Accounting/Finance
* Prefer experience working in a project environment, with skills in basic accounting systems and proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
* The candidate should also have knowledge of accounting concepts including billing, revenue, and reconciliations.
* Must be a self-starter, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and able to demonstrate effective communication
