Under the direction of the Sales Leadership, the Client Manager contacts assigned customers on a regular basis via telephone in order to increase revenue, customer retention, new customer acquisitions and profitability.  In addition, the Client Manager compiles and distributes accurate customer information to Production Control to ensure a smooth handoff.


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 



  • Perform standard duties


    • Communicate directly to customers acting as the Voice of the Company and communicate directly to the Company as the Voice of the Customer. 


      • Art, prototypes, stock samples, ink draw downs, special requests

      • Communicates “go” or “no go” decisions.

      • Change Order approvals

    • Set up new customer accounts

    • Requests estimates, create VA forms

    • Create CDS forms

    • Create job folder for each live job

    • Input customer orders into Company portals as needed; web sites, IX, etc.

    • Press approvals as needed

    • Customer website management

    • Provide accurate reporting as required by the Customer and the Company

    • Attend sales calls as needed

  • Develop and maintain professional communication and sales skills.

  • Maintain open and effective communication with all company personnel.

  • Maintain or increase sales revenues for assigned accounts by providing and ensuring exceptional service.

  • Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.  Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

  • Perform tasks assigned by the leadership of the Company in order to meet customer demands, which may be outside the scope of the standard duties and responsibilities.
