Job Description and Responsibilities :
We have a unique opportunity for the right experienced Client Executive. This Executive identifies, pursues and owns critical relationships with key clients. The Client Executive drives new opportunity by developing new relationships and leveraging existing relationships, they provide value to the client and revenue to CSC within the health provider client base.. He/she is responsible for solution sales and accountable for overall client satisfaction!

Essential Job Functions
- Applies cross-industry and cross-functional leading practice perspective to business models to diagnose capability gaps and conceptualize potential business model alternatives and information technology (IT) implications (Business).
- Leads client in creating a compelling vision, principles, constraints assumptions and performance metric and goals that are associated with current and future state business processes (Business).
- Provides strategic advisor perspective to clients; provides information on current and latest trends and issues in their industry to help pinpoint major opportunities for change (Business).
- Uses Catalyst phases, activities and tasks as a basis for developing estimates and team plans (Methodology).
- Leads a team of 6-10 resources (company, client and third-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase (Management).
- Shares technical trend and best practice knowledge with colleagues and clients (Technical).
- Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and clients to ensure satisfaction for both (Relationship Management).
- Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level (Relationship Management).
- Performs consultative selling and leverages business through superior delivery skills, client relations and subject matter expertise (Leverage).
- Participates in proposal efforts and sales calls (Leverage).
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership).
Qualification
Knowledge and Skills Required :
Previous experience in selling Product based Solutions and Consulting Services to the larger Health Provider profit, not for profit and academic clients.
At least 10years of sales and delivery experience at the executive levels of the health provider clients selling and delivering solutions into the healthcare industry with a proven track record of executive sales success.
Action-oriented, results -oriented, "take charge" attitude, capable of developing a strong business case for client action and the skills to bring those to close.
Track record of driving new client revenues in excess of $6 million annually.
Strong executive presence and professional image.
A team player; a highly collaborative, team oriented process. Leads development of opportunities and management of team resources to grow the business.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Seven or more years of consulting experience with management and operations strategy
- Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology
- Experience working with quick-hit solutions that provide immediate benefit with little cost, risk, or need for coordination
- Experience working with company strategies, service offerings, products and capabilities
Other Qualifications
- Five to nine years of additional relevant experience in two or more business or industry specialty areas
- Strong skills in developing compelling proposals that meet delivery excellence requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
- Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company
- Ability to adjust personal style to different situations
- Willingness to travel
