Job Description
We are currently looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team. The Client Service Associate will be essential in supporting the compliance, operations, and trading departments. The Client Service Associate is responsible for managing records, interfacing with clients, and administering client accounts by operating various custodial software packages. This is an evolving position in which opportunities to advance will arise depending on performance and talents.
Duties & Responsibilities
Process account requests from opening, transferring and closing
Manage electronic and paper records
Enhance existing procedures for greater efficiency
Manage updates of website and paperwork to all systems
Coordinate new marketing materials to external wholesalers
Support all in-bound customer service calls from representatives
Assist with the implementation of operational process and procedures
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a banking or investment environment
Capability to multi-task
Excellent communication
Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Project management experience
Knowledge of basic rules and regulations regarding qualified accounts such as IRA, ROTH, 403(b)’s
Work proactively
Exceptional customer service
Ability to quickly learn new software systems
Series 65 securities license (must acquire 180 days after hire)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
MBA preferred but not required
Optimistic attitude
