McDermott Will & Emery, a leading international law firm with 16 offices worldwide, seeks a Client Service Manager for an exciting opportunity with our Firmwide Business Development team. This position is responsible for developing, sustaining and expanding the Firm's key client relationships through management of the client service team program. The Client Service manager will assist in creating a business development and client service culture within the Firm by implementing strategies related to revenue enhancement, client service, cross-selling, targeting, and research. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years in business development experience in a professional services firm; prior AM Law 100 or client team background preferred. Prefer a candidate with strong commercial instincts and a solid track record of success in building business, as well as experience in hiring, mentoring and leading teams. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings with senior partners, demonstrated ability to synthesize industry and client data into succinct, relevant executive reports and presentations. Must have proficiency in web-based applications for business/competitive intelligence, including atVantage, Hoover’s, OneSource, Capital IQ, Courtlink, Bloomberg, Monitor and other resources; experience with ContactNet, Interaction, profitability software a strong plus! B.A. and M.A. or equivalent preferred; Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required.
