As a part-time Work-from-Home Customer Services Representative, you will be joining a family of over 150 home-based GE Capital employees across the greater Phoenix area in support of our Healthcare and Retail credit programs, including CareCredit, the largest consumer healthcare credit program in the country! This unique Customer Services Representative position allows employees the flexibility to work up to 19 hours per week. The acceptance of credit applications is the focus of this position. You would be the main point of contact for consumer applicants seeking information on Healthcare and Retail financing programs. GE will provide you with the computer and paid training!
This Work at Home position is ideally suited for candidates seeking long-term, part-time employment with one of the world’s largest and most respected companies.
Specific responsibilities include:
*Handle inbound consumer applications
*Review and Analyze credit applications and credit bureau information in order to make credit decisions, as per set underwriting system guidelines
*Effectively communicate credit decisions
*Exercise loan authority of $5,000 to $20,000 within compliance and risk guidelines
*Provide guidance and education on various application channels
*Maintain and improve partner relations in a fast pace retail environment

This position requires a high-speed internet connection and land-line phone, and your ability and willingness to travel to the GE location in Tempe for initial and ongoing training. If you live within 65 miles of Tempe and have Customer Service experience or equivalent military experience, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED, we'd love to hear from you.
