Responsibilities:
As part of the Interactive Brokers Sales Support team you will:
- Work directly with our sales people and Institutional customers to obtain account information and documentation.
- Create the proper account structure from the information received.
- Set up all necessary account users with permissions and products.
- Create test accounts for internal usage.
- Enhance and update customer account information.
- Field random account requests from the Sales group.
- Assist with audit requests and account verifications.
Requirements:
- Basic financial industry (in a client facing capacity); previous interaction with exchanges and/or project management a plus.
- BA or BS; Series 7 preferable.
- Computer skills should include proficiency with Excel (with programming ability) and Word; experience with database programs a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, team player.
- Excellent follow through and follow up.
- Someone looking for a career, not a job.
