About the Job

Responsibilities:

As part of the Interactive Brokers Sales Support team you will:

  • Work directly with our sales people and Institutional customers to obtain account information and documentation.
  • Create the proper account structure from the information received.
  • Set up all necessary account users with permissions and products.
  • Create test accounts for internal usage.
  • Enhance and update customer account information.
  • Field random account requests from the Sales group.
  • Assist with audit requests and account verifications.


Requirements:

  • Basic financial industry (in a client facing capacity); previous interaction with exchanges and/or project management a plus.
  • BA or BS; Series 7 preferable.
  • Computer skills should include proficiency with Excel (with programming ability) and Word; experience with database programs a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, team player.
  • Excellent follow through and follow up.
  • Someone looking for a career, not a job.
