Requirements.
Experience in managing existing clients any State or federal experience is a MUST
Candidates must have sales experience including lead generation and the ability to cultivate and maintain key client relationships.
Ability to create and maintain strong client relationships and able to generate more business.
Experience in bringing new clients
Should be well versed with the Staffing/ Recruiting lifecycle.
4+ years of experience in Sales in the IT Staffing Industry,
Strong negotiation skills / verbal skills and also ability to function in a team environment
