Client Services Sales Account Manager
Cycrest Systems, Spokane’s Premiere, Top Customer-Service driven Managed IT Services Company, has an opening for a Client Services Sales Account Manager. This position will be open until filled.
This position requires a strong communicator who is detailed oriented, highly-organized individual with excellent time-management skills who functions highly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate is friendly, builds trust and has strong communication skills. Candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing clients. Must be able to meet set goals and follow up and follow through on a consistent basis. The ideal candidate will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment where multitasking is a constant and teamwork is rewarded. -Cultivate and facilitate new & existing client relationships
-Conduct biannual client meetings aimed at improving customer relations, providing individualized attention, and facilitating sales
-Listen to client needs and provide multiple solutions following our Cycrest philosophy
-Write and present quotes to small business clients with systems of 25-100 workstations and responding to RFPs
-Stay up-to-date on current products and technology
-Keep accurate, clear, and detailed notes of activities
-Educate clients on technical aspects and values
-Some cold calling is required but not the main focus of this position
-4 + years of experience in professional sales with proven record
- Must be knowledgeable of the Greater Spokane Area, Culture and Relationship style
- Must have a current valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
Salary DOE; this is a salaried exempt position. Full benefits package available after 90 days, including Medical, Dental, 401K and Gym membership reimbursement.
