Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role is to support the Client Services Manager and team and Onestop’s clients. The ideal candidate will successfully help manage our growth and contribute to our profitability and success in the future.

Duties:

·         Responsible for timely workflow of web management deliverables and timelines; includes overseeing and validating the work completed, Possess clear understanding of the importance of high quality work and accuracy and its impact on the customer's site experience.

·         Work with manager and team to react to business in a timely manner.

·         Support online exclusive businesses strategies through promotional strategies, and product presentation

·         Understand basic components to analyze and help drive the online business based on daily and weekly sales, margin performance and on-line consumer feedback.

·         Develop the ability to recap business and articulate learning to cross-functional teams

·         Actively listen to all members of the cross-functional team to ensure that tasks are well integrated.

·         Initiative / Sense of Urgency

  • Research solutions working with the engineering, creative and marketing teams
  • Ensure that clients’ projects are managed from inception to completion
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting various issues in a timely manner
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to client inquires quickly and effectively

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience required
  • Must have moderate to advanced Excel knowledge.
  • MS Office Skills
  • Brand and Industry knowledgeable
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency when appropriate, along with the ability to prioritize projects when necessary
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and follow up
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and ecommerce are a plus
