Job Summary:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic and innovative team as Client Services Associates (CSA). CSAs work with our seasoned Investment Counselors, affluent clients, national brokerage firms and various internal departments to establish and maintain accounts for high net worth individuals. CSAs also work closely with management on current projects and operations.
Our training program begins with advanced classroom-style training and graduates into on-the-job mentoring as well as ongoing role and financial industry education. Through training and experience, CSAs gain a better understanding of the investment industry, Fisher Investments’ philosophies, and other areas of the firm (such as Trading, Research, Accounting, Sales and Compliance). CSAs play an integral role in delivering the high level of service our clients deserve. This entry level position operates within the Client Services department of our Private Client Group and offers many opportunities for professional growth. Duties and Responsibilities:
New Account Establishment - Process new account documents and facilitate the transfer of assets to begin a client’s relationship with Fisher Investments
Account Maintenance - Review and complete investment transactions such as additions, distributions, and coordination of account changes and updates
Problem Solving - Research and resolve operational issues pertaining to client accounts
Service - Coordinate with brokerage firms and various internal departments to serve the needs of our clients
Innovation – Identify and recommend ways to improve our process and systems to benefit the firm and our clients
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Personal or professional track record of achievement
Excellent communication skills and a highly professional work ethic
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take initiative
Efficient organizational and time management skills
