Client Services - Business Analyst 

MedSynergies is a financial performance company that offers business solutions to physician-based clients: practices, surgery centers, hospitals and IPAs.  Our financial, client services and technical experts combine their skills, knowledge and unique perspectives on the physician-based organization so physicians can stay focused on patient care and practice development.

Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst at our office in Austin, Texas.  This position may require local travel and will report to the Client Service Regional Director in the corporate office.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly systems balancing;
  
• Work on various in-depth analysis of physician-based client operations;
  
• Managing the productions and running of standard weekly and monthly reports;
  
• Providing support and analysis to clients on an ad-hoc basis;
  
• Documentation of processes, procedures, and work-flows

Qualifications:

• Good analytical skills;
  
• Strong computer skills-strong knowledge of Microsoft office package;
  
• Team Player with the ability to multi task;
  
• Outstanding Organizational and Interpersonal Skills;
  
• Work efficiently with minimum supervision while being a self-starter;
  
• Experience with Cognos from a user standpoint or other SQL database helpful (technical skills not necessary).

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or MIS
