Our growing organization is seeking a full time Client Services Manager working within our Operations Team. This is a key Managerial position that oversees and actively engages in a variety of functions instrumental to the daily activities of our Client Services Team, including New Account Set Up, Training, and Client Assistance (via Cases). In addition, candidate will manage client service support personnel who provide customers and end users with product and technical support. A profound understanding of Payment Processing (Credit Card and ACH), exceptional organization, supervisory, time management and effective communication skills in a busy office environment will be keys to success in this role.
Some of the primary roles associated with this position include:
- Hires, trains and manages members of the Client Services team.
- Trains staff to help customers use products properly.
- Handles customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product.
- Assists in final testing and launch of new products.
- Respond effectively to incoming customer service calls in a timely manner. Be able to identify the issue, develop solution(s) and communicate solution plan to customer.
- Manage Client Services Team training, issues and usage within CRM (Salesforce).
- Plans and schedules levels of support according to product release schedules.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Electronic Payment Processing experience; ACH and Credit Card.
- Financial background strength (education/experience or combination there-of).
- Ability to supervise staff of five or more.
- AAP Certification a plus.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Case management via CRM; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Problem solving skills; ability to work/communicate with all levels of organization.
- Ability to negotiate conflicting conclusions among parties to resolve escalated situations/differences.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation: TBD D.O.E.,
Hours: Full Time, Monday- Friday
