S&R Resources is a leading outsourcing, staffing and placement firm serving clients throughout the midwest.  We have several open positions that provides factory-based support to end-user customers and dealers seeking product and warranty information, technical and diagnostic support, etc. This is an on-going project.  The work location is in the Columbus, Indiana area.

We are searching for individuals with the following skills and experience:

Willingness to work in Columbus Indiana

Associates or Bachelors Degree

Previous work experience that reflects exposure to customer service and problem solving

Good listening and verbal speaking skills
Outstanding customer service skills

Problem solving/management skills

Typing 30wpm

Familiarity with MS word, Windows, general database applications for call tracking, and email

Mechanical aptitude,  knowledge of engine components and workings a plus

Willingness to work overtime, possible non daytime shifts, occasional weekends or holidays
