Essential duties and responsibilities
Delivery of product implementation training across various methods, including but not limited to in person sessions at client home-base and corporate headquarters as well as distance learning via teleconference/webinars to ensure a smooth transition from client site configuration to the client going live with their new software.
Perform administrative duties related to the facilitation role on a timely and consistent basis including monitoring enrollment levels, reserving training room space, making travel arrangements and ordering/maintaining learning materials for sessions for accuracy and relevance.
Monitor class participation and adjust presentation to present learning styles in the room. Analyze flow of content in learning sessions and provide recommendations to management for complications that may arise.
Serve as an internal Facilitator throughout the organization for general product education, customer service standards, skill assessment workshops and leadership development.
Discuss and resolve any client-related issues with assigned clients and/or development team during learning sessions. Ensure follow-up is timely and accurate.
Stay sharp on continually evolving software and provide support to clients by answering client questions and investigating reported issues via participation on the Support Line on a rotation basis.

Travel up to 50-75% of the time is required
No direct reports, however specific duties may be assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
3-5 years mortgage experience ideally in the loan origination, processing, underwriting and closing areas.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
Public speaking experience preferred.
Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, in addition to customer service skills.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills required; detail-oriented thinker.
Good judgment, quick learning ability with the ability to convey confidence and diplomacy are essential characteristics.
Ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Independent and self-motivated individual who requires little supervision.
