We are seeking RN professionals to work at our Care Enhancement Center.

Healthways, Comprehensive Care Clinician - RN, you will provide education and preventative health measures using an integrated telephone and computer system, while helping the patient with chronic disease or condition to set behavior change goals. You will enjoy state-of-the-art computer technology and outcomes management systems to enable the patients (members of one of our health plan customers) to accomplish their improved health status goals.

Requires current RN license and a minimum 2-3 years recent clinical experience. Case management, health plan, home health and/or telephonic nursing experience are a plus; diabetes, cardiac, ESRD, COPD and/or asthma clinical experience desired. Computer competency within a Windows environment is necessary.

*Short shift available - 4pm to 9pm with shift diff. *20 hours a week minimum*

*All positions require working every other Saturday. No Sundays or major holidays.
