Clinic Director position available for busy outpatient clinic in Charleston, West Virginia.  Responsible for all aspects of Clinic Operations including: 1) Implementation of all clinic policies and procedures; 2) Clinic marketing and outreach, including public affairs and community relations; 3) Compliance with all State and Federal regulations; 4) Security of medications, patient records, and employee records; 5) Management of clinical staffing plan and participation in budget process; 6) Team building, training, staff development, and staff supervision; 7) Being culturally sensitive to employees and the problems of our patients.

Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field. Certified Addiction Counselor or licensed professional preferred. Management experience required
