Job Summary: Provide a successful working relationship in order to recruit, contract and maintain existing providers. Routinely negotiate cost effective fees and concessions, confirm services and equipment capability, resolve provider issues and train providers on processes and paperwork. Develop and maintain the LHI provider network, order assignment and coordination of providers for on-site events. Create and maintain a quality, cost effective provider network to perform quality services that result in successful cost effective order and event fulfillment. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Business or other related field combined with 2 years negotiating, contracting and customer service experience required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Medical, dental or healthcare insurance experience preferred. Marketing/Sales experience and medical or dental knowledge preferred. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs required and database experience/education a plus. Ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse group of people/disciplines at all levels of an organization required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of assertiveness in performing responsibilities and in making decisions required.
