Under the direction of the Director of Clinic Operations, this position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the West Washington Clinic & Pedicatric After Hours Clinic. This position focuses on promoting excellent patient care, customer service and clinical outcomes at clinic sites. The Clinic Manager works with staff to plan, develop, and implement changes to existing operational and clinical care processes to meet current and future clinic services needs. The position is accountable for managing, coordinating, and planning patient care functions, which include assuring high quality of patient care and satisfaction standards are achieved and adherence to medical practice standards and proficiency. The Clinic Manager is also responsible for managing daily functions, promoting continuous quality improvement, and fostering a team environment to meet the patient care and financial needs of the clinic to ensure ongoing growth and clinical success.
