Eliot Community Human Services is currently seeking a Triage Supervisor for the Emergency Services Program in Lynn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone crisis intervention, triage, counseling and referral in a professional, sensitive manner, with a commitment to maximum customer satisfaction
- Plan for clinicians to be mobile, doing evaluations in the community and at on-site clinics, as much as possible
- Assign clinicians to conduct evaluations in a timely manner and provide supervision in the performance of their duties
- Maintain and review all crisis alerts each day and communicate alerts to the next shift
- Review each case with clinicians before disposition is made; ensure that the clinician conducts a thorough clinical assessment of the client and consults with an on-site or on-call psychiatrist when needed

3:00pm-11:00pm
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in behavioral health care field and three years of experience in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health setting; of which two years must include the provision of emergency, inpatient and/or diversionary behavioral health services and one year supervisory experience. LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, Ph.D. or MSN preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow through until work is completed. Knowledge of the vast array of community resources and how to access them. Ability to triage multiple requests for crisis evaluations, with an emphasis on mobility and doing eval
