As an industry leader of Diagnostic Systems and Reagents, this company is seeking a Clinical Diagnostics Sales Rep. The company is a Market Leader in Clinical Diagnostic Equipment and reagent sales.
The Opportunity:
This company is in search of a Sales Representative in Clinical and Molecular Diagnostics to be based ideally in Indianapolis or Cincinnati. The territory will be OH, IN and KY. The prime function for this position will be to manage a STRONG BASE OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS, and cultivate and grow the business. All applicants must not be adverse to travel, as this is a position that may require you to travel when necessary.
The qualified candidate will be rewarded handsomely for one's effort, as the total package will include a base and very strong commission plan. A company car, computer, and cellular telephone will be included as well as paid vacation and access to the company 401k matching program.
Base: $40-48
Target Compensation: $70-78k
The Qualifications:

Do you have a minimum of two to three years of Business to Business Sales Experience selling Capital Equipment, i.e. High Dollar sales with a long and multi-layered sales process?
Do you have a minimum of two to three years of Sales Experience in the laboratory? (Preferred)
Do you consider yourself to be a strong salesperson, with a proven track record of closing business?
Have you ever sold Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, Flow Cytometry, Coagulation, Molecular, or Hematology? (Preferred)
Have you been a top performer, presidents’ club member, or ranked in the top 15% of the outside sales force?
Do you have experience working for the big six in Clinical Laboratory Equipment Sales? (Preferred)
