Clinical Integration Manager.

 
The position will develop resource materials used to manage complex clinical contract implementation/ conversion plans for GPO members. This position is also responsible for ongoing account management activities such as resolution of members' clinical contract issues, and mentoring the Account Management Team on clinical contracts, implementation and education.
 
 
 
Advisory Board Processes
·         Works closely with Clinical Advisory Board Chairpersons to develop appropriate implementation tools and assist with contracting process policies and procedures including but not limited to:
o   Creation of meeting agendas, conference call materials, member communications
o   Assist with meeting logistics, vendor interface, creation of meeting minutes etc.
o   Creates survey tools as requested by Clinical Advisory Board Chairpersons
o   Works with Clinical Advisory Board Chairpersons and members to develop implementation and conversion plans
·         Assists in completing the process for contract implementation for HPG members including:
o    development of contract conversion plan to include target dates and completion expectations,
o    management of service from all contracted vendors with special emphasis on coordination of distribution of product,
o    assist in education /  orientation with appropriate facility departments and personnel,
o    continued follow up and site visits as needed
·         Works closely with other HPG teams to assist members in realizing supply cost savings goals
o   Analyzes and communicates opportunities for increased savings for members
o   Identify / communicate new opportunities for our members to cut cost through standardization. 
o   Evaluate and track  conversions and optimization of savings 
·         Assist in the creation of additional tools for improving internal processes / effectiveness.
·         Maintains knowledge of current clinical contract portfolio
·         Attend CAMs monthly team meetings and other meetings deemed necessary
·         Assists in drafting presentations for management
·         Maintains licensure, if applicable

Education & Sustainability Support
·         Will work with Director of Education and Sustainability in creating and implementing educational programs
o   Assists in identifying, drafting  and implementing educational programs
o   Assist in the promotion of "green" opportunities as assigned
 
College Degree preferred with 7+ years clinical experience in an acute care setting
 

 
Must have appropriate Licensure for clinical specialty. Experienced manager with excellent interpersonal, communication, computer and analytical skills. Needs to have practical field experience in a hospital facility.
