Job Summary
Healthy Interactions is seeking a full time Clinical Liaison committed to developing disease specific education tools and programs; leveraging Healthy Interactions’ methodology to ensure tools and programs align with corporate and disease association partner objectives; exemplifying best practice with education tool usability and integration; identifying trends and developments that will advance the organization’s mission.

In this role, you will be expected to work both independently and with product development teams to proactively advance all facets of the platform(s) to which you are assigned.

The desirable candidate will be someone with at least 10 years of clinical expertise.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist product development teams by creating an understanding of new disease states and current and common education approaches (including reimbursement) in those disease states
  • Support and serve as part of multiple product development teams in initial research and product design - especially medical content
  • Review products to ensure accuracy of medical information from design, to development, to implementation and beyond
  • Work with disease associations and other healthcare professionals as an effective and influential peer during the development and implementation phases
  • Support healthcare professional training design and conduct training when required

Key Requirements:
  • Any of the following clinical degrees:  Pharm.D, Ph.D, RN, NP, RD
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Exceeds commitments and deadlines
  • Demonstrated self-management and time-management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, pay attention to details while working in a fast paced environment
  • Negotiating and mentoring skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
