The ideal candidate will be a Florida-licensed RN with at least 3 years of experience in a Critical Care or Progressive Care setting; BSN or willingness to obtain preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with staff evaluations, coordinating patient flow and staffing, as well as educating patients/families and demonstrating strong problem solving skills.
