South Shore Medical Center (SSMC) is an independently owned, multi-specialty private practice of over 40 physicians engaged in internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, family medicine and obstetrics/gynecology. Since 1962, SSMC has provided primary medical care as well as a variety of specialty and ancillary services to patients throughout the South Shore.

We are currently seeking experienced Clinical Operations Managers to serve as manager for multiple departments, monitoring and supporting the continuity of operational systems, procedures and service standards. Perform additional functions and independent administrative duties, which may relate to the area of expertise, experience, or professional identity.
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline (or equivalent) required. Strong management and supervisory principles, practices and techniques often acquired through, MBA, MPH or MHA degree or through 5-7 years of experience.
