Clinical Product Manager, Medical Imaging Products, RDCS, RVT Certifications

Our growing medical device firm seeks a Clinical Product Manager to be responsible for both product planning and product marketing to support the company's overall strategy and goals. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales and marketing counterparts to deliver winning products.
A close collaboration in working with the sales, marketing and support team's functional areas is essential to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What You Need To Apply For This Position:

~ Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager in the medical device industry
~ Must have a minimum of three years of experience in performing general imaging, abdominal, small parts, breast, ED and peripheral vascular ultrasound exams as well as the ability to clearly explain and demonstrate the proper operation of the imaging equipment.
~ BA/BS Degree
~ RDCS or RVT certification
~ Cardiac knowledge a plus.
~ Must be able to travel 20% to 40% of the time

What You'll Be Doing:

~ Define the product strategy and roadmap for the targeted market segments
~ Specify the clinical attributes and performance of the product and work closely with engineering team to develop and launch the final product.
~ Work closely with customers to identify, develop and document key clinical requirements and translate them into key product features with solid justification and analysis.
~ Work closely with the sales, marketing and engineering management to assure product development and distribution goals are congruent
~ Be an expert with respect to the competition in the target segments
~ Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product and provide guidance in developing sales tools and collateral.
~ Develop product tiers and elasticity within the product line to span competitive offerings
~ Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
~ Provide customer training and trade show support on a needed basis.
