Manager for Nursing Quality and Magnet Program
The candidate for this position will be responsible for working with our Director of Nursing Quality to lead nursing quality/performance improvement initiatives as well as the Magnet journey through the implementation of programs/projects that promote excellence in patient care outcomes. previous experience with Magnet program requirements and advanced writing skills are preferred.
Develop, implement and maintain hospital standards to support outcomes based care and evidenced based practice.hj123

Demonstrate the following minimum requirements:
a.
Licensure:
New York State License with current registration as a registered professional nurse, nurse practitioner preferred.
b.
Education:
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required. Master's in Nursing is required
Certification in specialty area preferred.
c.
Experience
Progressive job related experience specific to area of responsibility.
