Manager for Nursing Quality and Magnet Program

The candidate for this position will be responsible for working with our Director of Nursing Quality to lead nursing quality/performance improvement initiatives as well as the Magnet journey through the implementation of programs/projects that promote excellence in patient care outcomes. previous experience with Magnet program requirements and advanced writing skills are preferred.
